Deliveries are scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm on the next working day after dispatch.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the pallet or answer calls from the haulage company.
If no one is available, please provide instructions for a safe drop-off location.
Important: Our sinks are delivered on a pallet, weigh over 50kg, and require a two-person lift.
If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 2 to 7 working days.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your expected delivery date.

We have a 30 day returns and refunds policy on all items, except bespoke pieces. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
