Deliveries are scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm on the next working day after dispatch.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the pallet or answer calls from the haulage company.
If no one is available, please provide instructions for a safe drop-off location.
Important: Our sinks are delivered on a pallet, weigh over 50kg, and require a two-person lift.
If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 2 to 7 working days.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your expected delivery date.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us to make arrangements.
We have a 30 day returns and refunds policy on all items, except bespoke pieces. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. For returns you will have to arrange at your own expense, to our warehouse. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Crafted in fireclay and finished in a radiant white gloss, it features a central 3.5" waste outlet and no overflow, maintaining clean, minimalist lines. As a true workstation sink, Wycoller includes a custom-fit wooden chopping board and stainless steel grid—integrated tools that enhance daily prep without sacrificing style. Finished in a durable antibacterial glaze, it’s designed to be lived with, worked over, and admired for years to come.
